Automatic feed pellet equipment includes a system of machinery designed to process raw materials into uniform feed pellets, typically involving grinding, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, and packaging. The core of this system is the pellet mill (either flat-die or ring-die) which uses pressure and heat to compress ingredients into durable pellets. Automation is achieved through intelligent weighing and packing machines that automatically measure, seal, and transport the finished product, ensuring efficiency and consistent quality for livestock and poultry.

• Raw Material Pretreatment System
  Includes a raw material cleaning device (removes metal impurities and foreign matter) and a water-drop mill (grinds corn, soybean meal, and other raw materials to pelletized size). The raw material receiving system is responsible for cleaning and impurity removal to ensure raw material quality.
• Grinding and Conveying System
  A water-drop mill is used for grinding, and a screw conveyor transports the materials.
• Batching and Mixing System
  An electronic batching scale accurately measures the raw material ratio, and a horizontal twin-shaft paddle mixer ensures uniform mixing. Liquid addition equipment is available to meet nutritional fortification needs.
• Pelletizing and Conditioning System
  A ring die pelletizer presses pellets to meet the diverse formulation requirements of livestock, poultry, and aquatic products. The conditioner uses steam heat treatment to increase starch gelatinization and enhance feed digestibility.
• Cooling and Screening System
  A countercurrent cooler reduces pellet temperature to prevent agglomeration and mold. A grading screen separates qualified pellets, and the powder is recovered for further processing.
• Finished Product Packaging System
  A fully automatic packaging machine performs weighing and sealing, and is equipped with a metal detector to ensure the safety of finished products.
