If your raw material is in powder, the crushing processing can be omitted; if your raw material moisture content meets the moisture requirement of pelleting processing, the drying processing can be cut; if you make feed pellet for your livestock or poultry in your farm, the packing processing is not necessary; if you make feed pellet for commercial use, the complete feed pellet line is suggested for making higher quality feed pellets.

Raw Material Pretreatment System
Includes primary screen and silos to remove impurities and temporarily store raw materials (corn, soybean meal, etc.), ensuring raw material purity.
Grinding and Mixing System
Water-drop mill grinds raw materials to appropriate particle size. Combined with electronic batching scale and twin-shaft paddle mixer for precise proportioning and uniform mixing.
Pellet Forming System
Pelletizer uses high-temperature, high-pressure extrusion process to form pellets, improving palatability and storage properties. Adjustable parameters for different animal needs.
Cooling and Screening System
Cooler reduces pellet temperature and moisture. Screening device removes unqualified pellets to ensure finished product uniformity.
Finished Product Packaging System
Automatic packaging machines handle weighing, sealing, and labeling processes, supporting quantitative packaging.
