-Cutting and Shaping Unit: Rotating blades cut the extruded continuous strips into standard lengths, while a simultaneous oil spraying system provides surface seasoning.
-Drying and Cooling Line: A multi-layer mesh belt oven uses 60-80°C hot air to remove excess moisture, while a cooling tunnel sets the product shape.
-Packaging Unit: Automatic weighing and filling, combined with nitrogen-filled packaging, extend the shelf life to over 6 months.
