The biomass fuel pellet production line uses discarded crop straw, sawdust and other biomass as raw materials to produce pelletized fuel through a series of process flows.
The following will provide an in-depth analysis of its products and explore its related content.
1. Biomass Fuel Pellets:
Biomass fuel pellets are granular fuels with high calorific value and low moisture content, obtained through a series of processes including pulverization, drying, and pressing.
Compared to traditional fuels, biomass fuel pellets are environmentally friendly, clean, and renewable, and they also have high combustion efficiency.
2. Biomass Fuel Pellet Production Line:
A biomass fuel pellet production line is a complete set of production equipment, including a material handling system, pellet production system, drying system, cooling system, and packaging system.
Through the coordinated operation of various links, this production line processes waste biomass raw materials into high-quality fuel pellets.
3. Material Handling System:
The material handling system primarily encompasses material storage, supply, and pretreatment.
Waste biomass raw materials must first be stored to ensure a continuous supply for subsequent production.
The raw materials are then pulverized and cleaned to remove impurities and meet pellet production requirements.

MKYK-90 | 132kw | 90 | 2.0-2.5 | 3.5-5.0 | 32*32*50-100 |
MKYK-120 | 200kw | 120 | 3.0-4.0 | 4.0-6.0 | 32*32*50-100 |
MKYK-150 | 250kw | 150 | 4.0-6.0 | 6.0-10.0 | 32*32*50-100 |
4. Pellet Production System:
The pellet production system is the core component of the biomass fuel pellet production line.
In this process, the pretreated raw materials are fed into the pellet machine for pressing. The pelletizer uses high pressure and appropriate temperatures to form raw materials into pellets. A certain amount of binder is added during the process to ensure the pellets' strength.
5. Drying System:
The pellets after pressing contain a certain amount of moisture and need to be dehydrated by the drying system.
The drying system typically uses heat transfer to expose the pellets to high-temperature airflow, gradually reducing their moisture content and achieving the desired drying effect.
The drying system not only improves pellet stability but also increases production efficiency.
6. Cooling System:
The dried pellets pass through the cooling system.
The cooling system uses cold airflow to quickly cool the heated pellets to an appropriate temperature, preventing deformation or deterioration during subsequent storage and packaging.
7. Packaging System:
Finally, the cooled pellets are transported to the packaging system for packaging.
The packaging system can package the pellets into different sizes and capacities to meet the needs of different users.
