When choosing an automated feed processing line, consider the following:
1. Production capacity and layout: Ensure it matches your business needs, avoiding undercapacity or overcapacity, and ensure a reasonable layout.
2. Equipment quality and stability: Select branded equipment to ensure efficient, stable operation and minimize failure rates.
3. Intelligence: Intelligent equipment can automatically control production, improving efficiency and quality.
4. After-sales service and spare parts supply: Choose a supplier with comprehensive after-sales service and timely spare parts supply to ensure long-term equipment operation.
Choose the most suitable feed production line based on a comprehensive assessment of your needs.

Intelligent Trends and Impacts of Livestock and Poultry Feed Equipment
I. Advantages of Automation
1. Improved Efficiency and Reduced Costs: Full-process automated control increases production capacity and reduces manpower
2. Stable Quality: Precise parameter control ensures product consistency and real-time detection of anomalies
3. Reduced Waste: Accurate feeding reduces losses and equipment monitoring prevents malfunctions
II. The Value of Remote Monitoring
1. Remote Management: Real-time visibility into equipment status reduces manpower requirements
2. Data-Driven: Production data analysis optimizes decision-making processes
3. Safety Assurance: Anomaly warnings and timely response eliminate potential safety hazards
Production Process:
1. Grinding Process
The grinder crushes raw materials (such as corn and soybean meal) to an appropriate particle size (typically 1-2mm), increasing the surface area for better mixing and facilitating subsequent pelleting.
2. Mixing Process
The mixed ingredients are thoroughly agitated in a mixer, where vitamins, minerals, and other trace ingredients are added to ensure uniform nutrient distribution and prevent picky eating by animals.
3. Core Process of Pelletization
The mixed material is fed into a feed pellet machine, where it is formed under high temperature and high pressure by rollers and a ring die.
4. Cooling and Screening
The hot pellets are cooled in a countercurrent cooler to reduce moisture content (≤12%) and prevent mold. A vibrating screen removes debris to ensure pellet integrity. The finished pellets are then sent to the packaging machine.
5. Packaging and Storage
Automatic packaging machines weigh and seal the pellets, making the pellets easy to transport and feed. Some production lines are equipped with grease spraying equipment to increase energy content.
