1. Raw Materials
Wheat flour, buckwheat flour, oat flour, corn flour, rice flour, millet, black rice, buckwheat, and sorghum oats are all available.
Please note that all materials should be in powder (flour) or coarse granules.
2. Final Product
By adjusting the die in the extruder, various shapes can be produced, including spheres, tubes, sticks, rings, fruit rings, stars, wheels, flowers, and hearts.

The production process for filled puffed snacks primarily includes raw material processing, puffing, filling, drying, seasoning, and packaging. The details are as follows:
1. Raw Material Processing
Mixing and Filling
Rice flour and corn flour are mixed in appropriate proportions, maintaining a moisture content of 10%-14%. To prepare the filling, heat the cream to approximately 40°C and combine with auxiliary ingredients such as egg yolk powder, milk powder, and powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly to create a stable filling.
2. Extrusion
After the raw materials are evenly mixed, they are extruded at high temperature in an extruder to form a fluid gel. Filling materials such as peanut butter or chocolate sauce are then added.
The puffed material is then pulled and rolled into a size adjustable from 2cm to 20cm. The moisture content is reduced to 6%-8% before cutting.
3. Drying and Seasoning
The cut rice cakes are then baked in a multi-layer oven (0-200°C) to enhance taste and shelf life, reducing the moisture content to 2%-3%. The drum is sprayed with anti-stick oil and seasonings such as star anise and powdered sugar are mixed in to enhance flavor and stability.
