-Crusher: Coarsely crushes bulky raw materials to ensure uniformity during subsequent processing.
-Dryer: Controls the moisture content of raw materials (typically adjusted to 10%-15%). Excessive moisture content can make pellet formation difficult, while too low a moisture content can affect cohesion.
-Screening Equipment: Removes impurities such as metal and stone from the raw materials, protecting subsequent equipment and improving pellet purity.
-Mixer: Thoroughly mixes the main raw materials with additives (such as binders and nutritional formulas) to ensure uniform composition.
-Conditioner: Uses steam or heat to soften the raw materials, enhancing their plasticity and improving pellet formation efficiency.
-Cooler: Newly formed pellets can reach temperatures exceeding 80°C and need to be quickly cooled and set to prevent deformation or mold.
-Packaging Machine: Automatically weighs and packages the pellets, with options for woven bags or vacuum packaging to suit different needs.
