The cooling fan either doesn't turn or rotates too slowly, unable to dissipate heat. This indicates a short circuit in the motor windings, a damaged cooling system, or a seized bearing, indicating severe motor damage.

Under abnormal conditions, the motor starts slowly, the power is significantly insufficient, the pressure rollers struggle to squeeze the raw materials, the pellets are loose and hollow, the output drops sharply, and the motor may even jam or stop. This indicates that the motor rotor is worn, the windings are aging, the power output is insufficient, and the motor has been damaged.
