The core configuration of livestock feed processing equipment typically includes the following modules:
Grinding System: Utilizes a hammer or water drop mill to crush raw material particles to a fineness of 1-2mm;
Mixing System: Utilizes a twin-shaft paddle mixer or vertical mixer to achieve high mixing uniformity;
Pelletizing System: Core is a ring die pelletizer, capable of producing pellets of 2-12mm with an adjustable compression ratio;
Auxiliary Equipment: Countercurrent coolers, vibrating grading screens, bucket elevators, etc., provide pellet cooling, dust removal, and automated conveying;
Control System: A PLC automation module integrates batching, temperature control, and fault alarm functions, reducing manual operation.
II. Typical Process Flow
Raw Material Pretreatment: Corn, soybean meal, and other main ingredients are screened and removed of impurities before being mixed according to the recipe.
Grinding and Dosing: After coarse grinding, the raw materials are fed into the dosing bin, where premixes, trace elements, and other auxiliary materials are added.
Mixing and Conditioning: The mixed materials are steam-conditioned and softened to improve pelletizing efficiency.
Compression Molding: The tempered materials are extruded through a ring die.
Cooling and Packaging: The pellets are cooled to room temperature in a cooler, then automatically weighed and packaged.

The mixer is mainly used to mix feed raw materials, highly mixed without residue, mixed evenly, can help to make more nutritious feed pellets.
-granulator
The pellet feed processed by the feed pellet machine has a higher density and hardness, which can avoid feed deterioration and mold caused by improper feeding, thus ensuring the quality of feed.
-cooler
Counterflow coolers are mainly used for feed cooling production lines with large feeds. The material is cooled in layers from bottom to top by the inhaled air. The air intake area is large, the cooling effect is good and the effect is significant.
-crusher
Used to crush feed particles. Compact structure, uniform crushing, low noise, reliable operation, more uniform particle size of finished products, high efficiency.
-Bucket Elevator
Used for transportation of various raw materials and large production lines, with high strength, easy maintenance and good sealing performance.
-packer
The device mainly consists of three parts: automatic weighing and packaging machine, conveying device and sewing device. It is mainly suitable for quantitative packaging of granular and granular powder mixed materials.
-air blower
The air conveyor can transport the finished pellets to the dryer in an enclosed and pollution-free environment, making the pellets safer.
