Screening: After passing through an auger conveyor, the raw materials are transported to a screening machine for fine screening to remove impurities such as large pieces of wood and nails.
Drying: Biomass pellets have strict moisture requirements for raw materials, so the screened raw materials are dried using hot air in a drum dryer.
Cyclone Separation: During conveyance, the dried raw materials pass through a cyclone separator to remove moisture. The system is equipped with two cyclones, which not only remove moisture after drying the raw materials but also after cooling the pellets.
Material Transportation: Material transportation is crucial throughout the entire production process. This system utilizes equipment such as screw conveyors, auger conveyors, and elevators to ensure efficient and accurate material transportation to each process step.
Pelletizing: The biomass pelletizing machine is the core equipment in the production line.
Cooling: The discharged biomass pellets are hot, have a loose structure, and are easily broken. Therefore, they must be cooled to room temperature through a countercurrent cooling system before being bagged, stored, or sent to a silo. Screening: The cooled fuel pellets are screened through a vibrating screen to remove fines and ensure quality before delivery. The fines are then returned to the previous process for re-pelletization.
Finished Product Silo: Finally, the finished pellets are transported via an elevator to the finished product silo, where they await bagging and storage.
