Main Equipment Processing:
The raw materials are first conveyed by a conveyor to a screening machine for preliminary screening. Next, a standard dryer dries the raw materials to remove moisture (this step can be omitted if the raw materials have an appropriate moisture content). The dried raw materials are conveyed by an elevator to a scraper conveyor and then to a pelletizing bin. The pelletizer then forms pellets, which are then discharged via a pellet delivery conveyor (skirt belt conveyor). Finally, the pellets are cooled in a cooler before being packaged.
Auxiliary Equipment:
The production process requires an electronic control system, along with a main unit cooling system and a cooler air grid to ensure stable operation. Furthermore, to ensure product quality, an iron removal system is installed to remove impurities from the raw materials.

The biomass pellet fuel manufacturing process encompasses multiple steps, including raw material preparation, screening, drying, cyclone separation, pelletizing, cooling, re-screening, and finished product packaging. A rigorous quality control system is implemented at each stage to ensure the highest quality of the pellet fuel.
During the combustion process, biomass fuel rapidly forms a high-temperature zone, stably maintaining various states of combustion, including layer combustion, gasification combustion, and suspension combustion. The flue gas remains in the high-temperature furnace for a long time and undergoes multiple oxygen additions, ensuring complete combustion, improving fuel utilization, and effectively eliminating the problem of black smoke.
