Crushing process
This is arguably the most important step in poultry feed processing. This is because comminution involves breaking up the raw materials and pulverizing them into standard sizes that are easily ingested by poultry. Comminution increases the surface area of the feed, making it easier for poultry to digest.

Granulation process
The pelleting process is the core process of the entire production line, so we will introduce two different types of feed pellet machines.
Generally speaking, due to the influence of water vapor, the feed mixture usually contains about 4-6% moisture. These feeds must pass through the feed pellet machine. After entering the pellet machine, the moisture content in the feed will increase from 10-12% at room temperature to about 10-12% at about 80-90℃.
