Transformation from raw materials to green energy: The biomass pellet production line converts wood blocks into shaped pellets that can replace fossil fuels through four precise processes: chipping, crushing, drying, and pelletizing.
A typical, complete pellet production line typically consists of four core components: a crusher, dryer, pelletizer, and packaging machine. If the material diameter exceeds 100mm, a chipper is also required.
Pellet production is crucial in a pellet production line, involving four closely linked steps. Together, these steps form the core of the pelletizing process, ensuring pellet quality and yield.

Chipping
Larger raw materials with diameters between 100mm and 220mm require chipping. These wood blocks are finely processed into wood strands less than 100mm in diameter using specialized chippers, preparing them for the subsequent pelletizing process.
Crushing
To meet the requirements of the subsequent pelletizing process, wood strands with diameters between 10mm and 100mm are finely processed in a crusher, turning them into sawdust. This step is crucial for ensuring pelletizing quality and efficiency.
Drying
Prior to pelletizing, to ensure the proper moisture content of the sawdust, raw materials with moisture levels exceeding 20% are dried in a dryer, maintaining the moisture content within the 10%-15% range. This step is also essential for improving pelletizing quality and efficiency.
Pelletizing Process
After drying, the sawdust is within the desired moisture range and is ready for pelletizing. The biomass pellet machine plays a central role in this process, processing sawdust-like raw materials with a moisture content of 10%-15% into renewable biomass pellets ready for direct combustion, fully preparing them for subsequent combustion.
Cooling and Packaging
After pelletizing, cooling and packaging are necessary to ensure the quality and storage stability of the pellet fuel. The cooling silo plays a crucial role in this process, storing the freshly produced pellet fuel and facilitating its rapid cooling. The baler then carefully packages the cooled pellets for subsequent storage and transportation.
