1. Crusher: The crusher's primary function is to initially process irregular forestry waste materials, such as logs and wood scraps, into blocks or strips that are easy to crush. This is the first step in the production line, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.
2. Pulverizer: After the crusher, wood chips or other small pieces are further reduced to smaller pellets by a pulverizer for subsequent processing and molding.
3. Dryer: Before pelletizing, the raw materials must be dry. The dryer removes excess moisture from the raw materials, bringing the moisture content to the required level for pelletizing. Typically, the moisture content of the raw materials should be controlled between 15% and 20% to ensure a smooth pelletizing process.
4. Biomass Pellet Machine: This is the core equipment of the entire production line. The biomass pellet machine compresses and molds the dried raw materials into biomass pellet fuel. Currently, there are two main types of pellet machines on the market: flat die and ring die.
5. Cooler: Freshly formed biomass pellets are hot and require cooling. The cooler cools the pellets to room temperature through natural air drying or air blowers, allowing for subsequent packaging and storage.
6. Packaging Machine: Finally, the cooled biomass pellets are packaged in a packaging machine for transportation and sale.
