Regular maintenance involves systematic inspection and maintenance of equipment, typically categorized as weekly, monthly, and annual.
1. Weekly Maintenance
During weekly downtime, the equipment should be inspected, including:
- Check the tightness of drive belts and chains, and adjust or replace if necessary.
- Clean easily clogged components, such as filters and screens, to ensure ventilation and filtration effectiveness.
- Check electrical wiring for aging or damage to avoid safety hazards.
2. Monthly Maintenance
More in-depth maintenance is required monthly:
- Disassemble and clean the hammers and screens of the crusher, inspect for wear, and replace severely worn parts promptly.
- Inspect the mixer's impellers and linings to ensure they are free of deformation or excessive wear.
- Clean the pelletizer's rollers and ring die, and check the roller bearings for oil depletion.
3. Annual Maintenance
- Check the operating condition of power components, such as the motor and reducer, and replace lubricants if necessary.
- Perform anti-corrosion treatment on the entire equipment, especially metal parts exposed to moisture. -Calibrate sensors, instruments and other control components to ensure data accuracy.
