Difference between Automatic hydraulic sesame almond olive oil press and screw oil press machine
1. The pressing way is different:
Hydraulic oil press makes use of hydrostatic pressure transmission principle. It takes liquid as the transmitter of pressure and squeezes the oil seeds. It is a closed loop system composed of hydraulic system and oil press ontology, including hydraulic power pack, controlling valve, motor, electrical cabinet, oil cylinder, charging basket and rack.
Screw oil press force feeding though screw shaft. Pressing rings roll and produce high temperature and high pressure. Then oil will be squeezed out through the weep gap of the pressing rings. It includes rack, electrical cabinet, screw shaft, pressing rings and cake mouth.
2. The quality of the oil is different, the price of the oil is different:
The method of hydraulic oil press is a pure physical one. During pressing process, it does not produce high temperature and does not destroy the organic component of the seeds. Oil quality is better with less impurity. It is very suitable for high oil content seeds, such as sesame and walnut.
Due to screw oil press produces high temperature, it will destroy the organic component of the seeds. Besides, for high oil content seeds there will be greasy filth coming out from the pressing rings. The oil will have more impurity. As the oil is of high temperature, cooling process is necessary.
3. The power is different
For hydraulic one, the motor power is about 1.5-3KW.
For screw one, the smallest one is about 5.5KW
Working Princciple and Structure
1.Working principle:This coconut oil press machine uses the poer of the space change for the material in the chamber and the driving force from the scre shaft as well as the resistance from the tooth curve in the pressing ring.The friction force from material pressing produces big pressing power,then oil-segregates from the material and discharges from the pressing bar gap and pressing ring groove.
